Anyone can use the free cards in each deck. A one-off payment of £5 unlocks every card in every deck, including cards we add later. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices include any VAT that applies.
After paying you get a 6-letter access code and the account name you chose. The code unlocks the cards on any device. Keep it private. Codes are for you and the people you play with, not for posting publicly or selling. If a code is clearly being shared publicly, we may switch it off.
If you lose your code, email us with your account name and we will help you find it.
The cards are digital content that unlocks straight away. At checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the cards unlock. This means we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the cards don't unlock or something doesn't work as described, email us and we will fix it, or refund you if we can't.
The questions are for personal use. Please don't copy, republish or sell them. Some decks are romantic, so use the ones that suit the people you're with.
We try to keep the site running and the cards available, but we can't promise it will never be down. We may change, add or improve decks over time.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where the law says it can't be limited.
We may update these terms. The version shown when you bought applies to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.
To provide what you paid for (unlocking the cards and helping you restore access), and to keep the site secure. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running a safe website. We keep payment records for as long as UK tax law requires, usually 6 years.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, using safeguards approved under UK law.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. Deleting your data stops your access code from working, and we still have to keep payment records for tax.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Deeper Cards isn't aimed at children under 13. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying.
